DiGiorno Has Big Plans For National Pizza Month
The fall season typically marks the start of the winter holidays and is also associated with cooler weather, leaves changing colors, with pumpkins and squash abound. Amidst all the autumnal excitement, October is also National Pizza Month (via National Day Calendar), and popular frozen pizza brand DiGiorno has big plans to kick off the festivities and celebrate the occasion all month long.
According to a DiGiorno press release, the frozen pizza brand is celebrating National Pizza Month right with its 31 Days of DiGiorno Sweepstakes. Lucky fans can win DiGiorno pizza, merchandise, and more. Regarding the pizza-themed giveaway, Kimberly Holowiak, DiGiorno's brand manager at its parent company, Nestlé, said, "With 31 Days of DiGiorno, we not only want to celebrate National Pizza Month in a notable way, but also help enhance pizza occasions for everyone and reward our fans' loyalty to DiGiorno." Lucky fans can win many different prizes
Per DiGiorno's press release, the giveaway is open to United States residents from October 1-31, 2022, and each person can submit three entries per day. To enter, simply sign up on the 31 Days of DiGiorno Sweepstakes website, and each day you sign in counts for one daily entry. To earn another daily entry, you can upload a photo of "your most memorable pizza-ccasion," and DiGiorno may share it on its social media pages. To earn the final daily entry, you can buy any DiGiorno pizza during the month of October and upload your receipt.
Fans who win free DiGiorno pizzas will receive them in the form of a coupon. Free merchandise options include playing cards, pizza suits, bucket hats, and cross-body fanny packs. DiGiorno will also select one person to receive an "Ultimate Pizza Experience," which is a prize of $5,000 that can be used for one of three pizza-inspired experiences. The grand prize winner can choose the Pizza Pass, which includes tickets for a comedy show, concert, or sports event; the Fresh-Baked Slice of Life, which includes a trip to anywhere in the United States; or the Taste of Italy, which includes a trip to Italy and a pizza tour.
