Reese's Is Adding 7 New Treats To Its Frozen Dessert Lineup

If you love all things peanut butter and chocolate, strap in folks, Reese's has come to play hardball in the world of ice cream. Chocolate and peanut butter are as iconic a duo as peanut butter and jelly at this point, and for years, the candy brand Reese's has capitalized on our perpetual sweet tooth. Hersheyland proudly reminds us of how the infamous candy came to be. In the 1920s (a century ago now) a Hershey's employee, H.B. Reese began making the candy at home. It was a huge success, obviously, and H.B. Reese went on to partner with The Hershey Company for decades, eventually selling the family business over to the chocolate company in the 1960s.

Since then, the Reese's brand has come out with a variety of peanut butter and chocolate-flavored treats including cups, candy bars, wafers, and minis (via Chocolate Brands List). But recently, the brand has decided to go in a new, and delicious, direction and is coming out with its own ice creams.

When worlds collide

According to a press release, Reese's has partnered with Unilever to come out with not one, but several kinds of ice cream in January 2023. The collection includes everything from tubs of chocolate and peanut butter ice cream to ice cream sandwiches, wafer cones, perfectly biteable bars, and more. If you've ever had to decide between buying your favorite candy or satisfying your ice cream craving, now you won't have to. They are sure to be the perfect sweets to get you through the New Year and carry you through the heat of summer.

So, prep your freezer and your stomachs because we have a feeling that Reese's ice cream is about to be your new favorite dessert.
