You'll just need to simmer the sealed can of condensed milk in a covered pot for two to three hours until the caramel has formed. For a thicker, more flavorful caramel, simmer it for longer. Feel free to use this sauce just as you'd deploy store-bought caramel, like on top of ice cream or a cheesecake.

White chocolate ganache
