Recipe: Negroni With Sparkling Wine

Negroni Obligatory
A splash of bubbles heightens everyone's favorite bitter drink, the Negroni.

Ingredients
- 1½ ounces London dry gin (such as Tanqueray)
- ¾ ounce sweet vermouth (such as Cinzano)
- ¾ ounce Campari
- Ice
- 1 ounce Pinot Noir sparkling wine
- Orange twist, for garnish
Directions
- In a pint glass, combine the gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. Stir with a bar spoon and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with the Pinot Noir sparkling wine and serve with an orange twist.
