Ingredients

  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons mirin
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1½ tablespoons red miso
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons sake
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
