Cantaloupe Cooler from Vessel, Seattle, WA

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1½ ounces Citadelle gin
  • ¾ ounce Cocchi Americano
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • :::¼ ounce rich simple syrup (2:1):::
  • 1½ ounces fresh cantaloupe juice
  • Soda
  • Mint sprig

Directions

  1. n a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, Cocchi, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Add the cantaloupe juice to the glass and fill to the rim with soda. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with the mint sprig and serve.
