Evoking the flavor the popular licorice-flavored candy, this cocktail gets its backbone from an American-made ouzo.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Americanaki Ouzo
  • ½ ounce maple syrup
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • Dry white wine

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the ouzo, maple syrup and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with white wine and serve.
