How to make Honey-Curry Compound Butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon spicy curry powder (or 1 tablespoon curry powder plus ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper)
  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the butter, honey, curry powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
