Honey-Curry Compound Butter
How to make Honey-Curry Compound Butter.

Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon spicy curry powder (or 1 tablespoon curry powder plus ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper)
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a food processor, combine the butter, honey, curry powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
