Sour Cream-Onion Dip
A recipe for Blue Cow's sour cream onion dip.

Ingredients
- 1 cup crème fraîche½ cup sour cream1 teaspoon finely grated shallot (using a Microplane)1 scallion, white and light green parts only, trimmed and thinly sliced2½ teaspoons finely chopped dill fronds¾ teaspoon granulated sugar¾ teaspoon kosher salt1¼ teaspoons white vinegarPotato chips, for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the crème fraîche until it becomes light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, shallot, scallion, dill fronds, sugar, salt and vinegar. Serve with chips.
