Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon star anise
- 1 tablespoon fennel
- 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups honey
- ½ cup water
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook until reduced to 2 cups, about 15 minutes.
