Ingredients
- For the grenadine
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- ⅓ cup simple syrup
- For the cocktail
- 1 ounces Laird's Applejack
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce fresh grenadine
- Ice
Directions
- To make the grenadine: Stir together the pomegranate juice and simple syrup. The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for two weeks.
- To make the cocktail: Combine the applejack, lemon juice and grenadine with ice in a martini shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and serve immediately.
