Diablito Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- Lime wedge
- Chile and limón premixed salt (Ford buys his at a Mexican market; alternately, mix 3 parts salt and 1 part cayenne pepper)
- Ice
- 2 ounces Clamato juice
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon Maggi seasoning (available at Asian and Mexican markets)
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- Pinch of salt
- 1 bottle of IPA, preferably Speakeasy brand
Directions
- Wet the rim of a tall glass with a lime wedge, then coat with the Chile and limón salt. Fill the glass one-quarter full with ice. Add the Clamato, lime juice, Maggi, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt. Top with the beer and stir.
