She's kicking off the Seaport Food Lab series September 12 to 16, so you can see what all the fuss is about without having to book a trip to L.A.

Fans of David Chang and Netflix's Ugly Delicious will be no stranger to the Chicago-born chef. She runs three of Europe's most celebrated Mexican restaurants, including Hija de Sanchez and the eponymous Sanchez, and she's bringing a taste of Mexico to NYC from October 3 to 7.

This unstoppable pair from the Philadelphia CookNSolo restaurant empire are known for how they spin traditional Israeli flavors into modern masterpieces. They helped put Israeli food on the U.S. culinary map and will be taking up residency at Seaport Food Lab from October 10 to 14.
