It's difficult to pick favorites at this Hollywood seafood restaurant. The raw-bar offerings are excellent, but it's the lobster roll that we'd admit to liking the best, if pressed. Chef David Lentz hits the top of the shellfish with diced herbs, including a bit of tarragon–it's like bright, unexpected flavor that makes this roll one of the best in Los Angeles.
