Jose Cuervo Wants To Help Tequila Fans Celebrate Summer VIP-Style
Famed tequila brand Jose Cuervo is celebrating summer — and its new tequila, Cuervo Tradicional Cristalino — by giving customers the chance to participate in exclusive experiences. According to a press release sent to Tasting Table, Jose Cuervo's "Cristalino Nights" will include "nightlife events and international destinations." The catch? Guests won't know what they're attending until after they're selected.
"Some of the most unforgettable nights begin with the unknown. With the release of our new Cuervo Cristalino tequila, a unique hybrid of smoothness and complexity, we are excited to celebrate spontaneous spirits and give away one-of-a-kind experiences to our fans," said Lander Otegui, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Proximo Spirits.
According to Proximo Spirits, the U.S. importer and distributor for Jose Cuervo, the brand has origins in Jalisco, Tequila, dating all the way back to 1758, and the company remains family-owned to this day. Not only has the company been around for centuries — it's also the world's best-selling tequila, accounting for over a quarter of all tequila sales globally, reported Zippia.
How to participate in Jose Cuervo's Cristalino Nights
Per the press release, Jose Cuervo's "Cristalino Nights" will begin on June 14. Starting that day, consumers can text the word "CRISTALINO" to 24272 for the chance to attend one of the brand's experiences. Those who are chosen will receive a notification — and then find out what event they're attending.
Though the event you attend may be a surprise, the brand notes that "each unique experience offers guaranteed VIP treatment, from first-class flights to one-on-one celebrity hangs." Specifically, one winner (and a plus-one) will gain access to an all-expenses-paid trip to Mexico City, two winners (with two plus-ones, each) will attend the Vegas UFC 276 as well as a private cocktail party, and one winner (with one plus-one) will get VIP tickets to September's Firefly Music Festival.
More events beyond these three experiences are set to be announced throughout the year.
