Brian Good is a health, wellness, and advocacy writer based just outside of New York City. He got his start writing about food and nutrition at his first job right out of college, and he has been doing it ever since. He has written for a host of different outlets including Men's Fitness, Men's Health, Men's Journal, Flex, Muscle and Fitness, PrideLife, Mashed, Food Republic, The Edge, diaTribe, Health Digest, DiversityInc, Fair365, Harry & David, Cheryl's Cookies, and more. He also served as a managing editor for a number of those titles for over a decade, working at the publisher American Media. Brian is a previous co-recipient of the National Magazine Award in the category of service journalism.
