Experience

Brianna has worked as a freelance writer since 2021, always focusing on her local communities in Miami or NYC. She originally joined Static Media for a year in 2023, and she has returned in 2026 after a two-year hiatus, during which she completed her master's degree and ate more food, tried more restaurants, and taste-tested more food products. She has continued to write about food on her Substack, where she posts her most unhinged (but often valid) takes and reviews restaurants, food products, brands, and more. Brianna has published content for reputable brands such as Tasting Table, The Takeout, and Appetito Magazine. In her food writing, she wants readers to find reliable recommendations and reviews suitable for the everyday consumer.

Education

Brianna holds a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in professional writing from Barry University, and a master's of fine arts in creative nonfiction writing from The New School.
