Experience

Before becoming an expert writer on food topics, Daniel started his career as a sports and entertainment journalist. Having gravitated towards the arts, he worked in multiple capacities on the sets of various movies and TV productions, including a cooking contest. As a Static Media food writer, he brings some unique perspectives. His range of expertise includes topics on celebrity food interests, dining and travel, as well as food product reviews and rankings. Daniel also combines his love of cooking and writing on all matters culinary with a passion for healthy living. When he is not whipping up a dish or writing about it, he might be crafting a meal plan for people with various fitness goals, from building muscle to losing weight.

Education

Daniel studied his B.A. in broadcast production at the University of Nairobi between 2011 and 2013.
