Experience

With about a decade of experience in food, beverage, and hospitality, Gabrielle's work lies at the intersection of community, identity, and culture. Her writing appears in both digital and print publications such as Business Insider, Gastronomica, Delish, Esquire, Resy, Good Housekeeping, and Apartment Therapy, among others. In 2023, she served as the project lead for a New York Times-acclaimed student magazine, Pass The Spatula, where she led over 30 students in a food media program. This past April, she spoke at the University of Oregon on effective pitching for food, beverage, and hospitality brands. Gabrielle was a featured panelist at Boston University's Queer Food Conference, where she spoke on Teaching Queer Food Curriculum at a University Level. She was recently selected as a 2025 ASFS/AFHVS conference presenter on her editorial project, Pantry Magazine.

Education

Gabrielle received her BS in Food Science from Penn State University, followed by an MA in Food Studies from NYU Steinhardt.
