Her cooking incorporates elements found on her travels, and introduces her audience to a variety of global cuisines and techniques.

Kit is a marine scientist turned food blogger with a passion for environmental conservation. While her education may seem unconventional for a food blogger, her liberal arts background and lifelong love of cooking and photography serendipitously create the perfect framework for a career in recipe development and food blogging.
