Experience

Landon's first exposure to arts and culture writing came in college when he wrote for KRUI, the University of Iowa's student radio association. While there, he was assigned to cover the area's biggest arts and music festivals like Mission Creek and Witching Hour. He went on to write for Daytrotter/Paste Magazine, writing unique pieces for each of the Daytrotter sessions and interviews with a variety of up-and-coming artists. After serving on the editorial boards of a few literary magazines, he moved to Minneapolis where he wrote for the Walker Art Center, City Pages, and the Free Jazz Collective.

Education

Landon has a bachelor's degree in journalism and writing from the University of Iowa.
