Experience

Persy has loved both writing and cooking since they were a child. They worked at a campus café throughout college while also serving as a tutor and an editorial intern with The Missouri Review. Since 2022, they have been a freelance writer covering a range of topics, and they write both poetry and fiction in their spare time.

Education

Persy has a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
