Experience

Sarah is a chef and writer that lives in New York City. Upon graduating from culinary school, she worked in the prep kitchen at Gramercy Tavern. Shortly after, she took a job as a Recipe Developer at Blue Apron and worked there for nearly three years. During COVID, she spent time working and living on an organic agritourism farm in Tuscany and backpacking through Italy. When she returned to NYC, she worked as a private chef for The Culinistas and went on to become the Chef Services Director for the business.

Education

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American University in Washington, DC. After working in the financial industry for five years, she decided to pursue her passion for food and received her Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
