Experience

Sarah has been writing for Tasting Table since 2022. She grew up working in her parents' restaurant in Northern Minnesota and has been fascinated with food, drinks, and dining culture from a young age. After relocating to New Orleans to attend college, she continued working in the service industry and discovered a love for writing about local cuisine, bar scenes, and nutrition trends while pursuing her English degree. Sarah currently works as a senior associate for a boutique recruiting firm based in Venice, LA and flexes her writing muscle by crafting e-newsletters, blogs, and social media posts for the business. However, her passion lies in the food and beverage, health and wellness, and lifestyle spaces. In her spare time, Sarah volunteers as a social media copy editor and occasional review writer for MuggleNet.com a leading Harry Potter fan site. In 2022, Sarah acted as their representative at the inaugural LeakyCon fan event in Denver.

Education

Sarah graduated with a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in psychology.
