Video: How To Make Sheet Pan S'mores
A sheet pan makes a big batch of s'mores easy
The act of smooshing roasted marshmallow between two graham crackers lined with chocolate is one of the most satisfying things in life, no matter your age. But let's say you want to make a lot of s'mores all at once—then what?
When they're not providing a convenient place to simultaneously cook meat and vegetables or saving us from a sink full of dishes with a one-stop sheet pan dinner, baking sheets also help with making a whole lot of s'mores all at once.
We can't promise the meditative benefits of slowly turning sugary puffs over an open flame, but we can say that this is the quickest and easiest way to make a bunch of s'mores. It also makes them easier to customize, which we do here by adding delicious banana slices.
Set the oven to broil.
Break 24 graham crackers in half along their seams. Line a sheet pan with one layer of graham cracker halves. Place chocolate, broken into pieces to fit the crackers (approximately 6 milk chocolate bars, or 21 ounces) on top. Once finished, it's time to customize as desired; we add a slice of banana to each one. Then finish each with a marshmallow.
Broil for 1 to 2 minutes, keeping an eye on the pan the entire time and remove from the heat once the marshmallow tops are a deep brown.
Top with the second layer of grahams cracker halves. And smoosh.
