Japanese Cocktail
Japanese Cocktail, adapted from Jerry Thomas's The Bartender's Guide

Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 ounces brandy
- ½ ounce orgeat
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Lemon twist
Directions
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the brandy, orgeat and bitters, and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
