Pimm's Cup Cocktail Recipe From The Wayland

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1¼ ounces rye whiskey, preferably Rittenhouse
  • ½ ounce Pimm's
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces ginger ale
  • Angostura bitters
  • Slices of cucumber and sprig of mint for garnish

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine rye whiskey, Pimm's, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
