Frozen Negroni Recipe
It's time to chill out
We love a good Negroni. Campari and sweet vermouth combine for a bitter and utterly refreshing beverage that goes down almost too easy. But with the temperatures rising, we're all about those big, batchable cocktails, and not afraid to admit that we're in favor of a frozen drink now and again. So we sought out the perfect upgrade to our go-to cocktail: a frozen Negroni. With only a few ingredients, the drink is perfect for experimenting with your favorite gins and vermouths.
Since you'll undoubtedly be making this cocktail all summer long, explore different varieties of sweet vermouth, from old-school classics, like Carpano Antica, to new front-runners, like Lo-Fi. And don't be afraid to add your own summery garnishes, too.
