Homemade Coffee Creamer Recipe
5 out of 5 non-morning people agree: This makes waking up a lot easier and tastier
If you're like us, our morning routine involves waking up, making coffee and heading straight for the store-bought creamer. Turns out, you can make all your favorite coffee creamers yourself—and they're so much better. In our version, a vanilla bean and toasted hazelnuts are steeped in creamer for the perfect punch of flavor in your morning joe.
Just remember: When you're bringing the creamer to a simmer, it's crucial to keep stirring so the sugar in the sweetened condensed milk can caramelize. Otherwise, the mixture will scald on the bottom.
