Gordon Ramsay On The Unicorn Trend
Case closed, end of discussion
For the past few months, the internet has been going crazy over the unicorn trend. Almost every drink or dessert on Instagram—including Starbucks' Frappuccinos, noodles, lattes and macarons—is bursting with the colors of the rainbow.

Most chefs have stayed out of the pastel-pink spotlight, but when Gordon Ramsay was asked how he feels about the latest trend, he didn't hold back. In a recent interview with PopSugar, Ramsay said that "Unicorns are meant for children's tales, not food. Period." If one man could single-handedly shut down an entire trend, it's this man.
A couple months ago Ramsay also weighed in on how he felt about pineapple on pizza while hosting the late-night British talk show The Nightly Show, saying, "You don't put f—ing pineapple on pizza." We've learned our lesson from watching Hell's Kitchen to not argue with Ramsay, so we'll leave it at that.
