McDonald's Limits How Much Food Olympians Can Order
Athletes allowed only 20 items per visit after mega orders cause delays
It's no surprise that all the high-speed swimming, out-of-this-world back-flipping and general winning the 2016 Olympic athletes are doing requires a lot of energy. So, naturally, they're eating a lot of food to compensate.

While the Rio Olympic Village does offer an all-you-can-eat buffet the size of two football fields, it's also home to a lone McDonald's that serves Olympians free burgers, fries and nuggets all day. In a not-so-shocking turn of events, athletes are taking advantage.
Fueling up for their daily competitions is no happy meal though, and the McDonald's line has reportedly gotten a little out of hand. So in response to long wait times and heavy delays, the fast-food restaurant has been forced to limit Olympians' orders to only 20 items per visit. For most of us, 20 Big Macs could probably suffice for a week, but these athletes are apparently hungry to reward themselves after "months of clean eating."
Even with the restrictions, we think it's safe to say this is the ultimate cheat meal.
