Known for her Italian-influenced food and love for French technique, the James Beard Award-winning chef created a meal filled with exceptional dishes like her signature prune-stuffed gnocchi with foie gras-butter sauce. After the four-course meal, guests departed with a selection of the chef's must-have items, including seasonally-inspired macarons from Menton.
