On October 16, Tasting Table welcomed chef Alex Atala of Dom Restaurante in São Paulo to the Test Kitchen to celebrate the release of his brand-new cookbook, "D.O.M.: Rediscovering Brazilian Ingredients". Chef Atala fielded questions from guests as they tasted a variety of Brazilian-inspired dishes including pastrami beef tongue with kefir cheese and mussels in saffron broth.
